BAD BOY BLUE KENNELS guarantees this puppy to be in good health at the time of sale. For the protection of the Purchaser and Seller, we require that you have your puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 48 hrs of purchase. Failure to have Puppy examined within 48 hrs VOIDS this warranty. Any vaccinations given before the next due date VOIDS this warranty.

In the unlikely event of this puppy’s death within the 48 hrs, a statement from a Veterinarian confirming such an event and cause is required with a Laboratory report backing the Veterinarian’s statement before any action will be taken by the Seller, if cause is unknown, an autopsy is required along with a Laboratory report. Under no circumstances is this puppy to be euthanized without Sellers knowledge and consent. (Except in an extreme case where humane treatment requires immediate action.)

We do not guarantee against conditions brought on by stress or environmental changes that we cannot control once the puppy leaves our care. Therefore we do not guarantee against Hernias, Coccidiosis, Parasites, Temperament, Size, Color, Coat, Allergies, Skin Conditions, Bite, Testicals, Viral/Bacterial Infections or Hereditary Defects that not immediately life threatening. Seller will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper or Corona virus after 48 hrs, as these are such highly contagious diseases they can be contracted immediately after leaving Seller. Seller is not responsible for any Vet fees or medications incurred once the puppy leaves. This is the responsibility of the New Owner. All puppies are sold as pets only! No guarantee is made as the puppy quality for Show or Breeder aspects.
